Safety

At The DM Phillips Group, safety is a #1 priority on all of our jobsites. We've gone to great lengths to ensure that all of our employees as well as co-workers are provided the safest environment possible to work in.

Our Safety Manager oversees our comprehensive safety program. He coordinates our weekly safety meetings held at each jobsite as well as monthly training. He also oversees and enforces our Safety Incentive Program, which rewards our employees for maintaining safe construction practices.

The DM Phillips Group is a Level 2 Certified Drug Free Company as administered by the Bureau of Workers Compensation. We are eligible to fulfill contracts on all public work. All of our employees have been trained in scaffold erection. All of our employees have taken the OSHA 10hr class, and we have certified forklift operators on ALL of our jobsites.
